NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.


1. Eligibility

The Mi Casa Holiday Instant Win Game (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of California who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Mi Casa Costa Mesa, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.


2. Promotion Period & Distribution

Game pieces will be distributed starting November 27, 2026, through December 31, 2026, or until all available game pieces have been disbursed, whichever occurs first.


3. How to Obtain a Game Piece (No Purchase Required)

There are two (2) ways to receive a promotional game piece:

  • With Purchase: Dine at Mi Casa (296 E 17th St, Costa Mesa, CA 92627) during the distribution period to receive one (1) promotional scratcher card per visit, while supplies last.
  • Without Purchase (Free Alternative Method of Entry): To obtain a free game piece, hand-print your name, complete mailing address, and phone number on a 3"x5" card and mail it with a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to:

Limit one (1) free game piece request per person, per day. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by December 20, 2026, to allow for processing and return delivery.


4. How to Redeem Your Prize

To claim your prize, bring your unscratched game piece back to Mi Casa on a return visit between January 1, 2027, and January 31, 2027.

  • Crucial Rule: The card is valid only if it is scratched off directly in front of a Mi Casa employee during the month of January 2027. Any game pieces scratched prior to presentation will be deemed void.
  • Redemption Limit: Limit of one (1) winning game piece redemption per table, or per takeout order, per return visit.




5. Prizes, Quantities, and Odds of Winning

A total of 5,000 game pieces are available for distribution. Every game piece is a guaranteed winner (100% or 1:1 overall odds of winning a prize). The individual prize breakdown and exact mathematical odds are detailed below:

6. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to void any game pieces that are altered, forged, counterfeited, tampered with, or obtained through unauthorized channels. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are permitted except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.
