COVID-19 Update

Re-opening Plan

To our valued guests,
The COVID-19 health crisis has drastically changed the hospitality industry as we have had to rethink how we serve our fantastic guests, whether that was through our online ordering platform, curbside pick-up, contact-free delivery or with providing you a takeout margarita. We thank you for your continued support and loyalty as we navigate this new landscape.

The health and safety of our staff and our guests is of the utmost importance to Mi Casa. Because of this, we are taking the approach of “safe and slow” to ensure we have thought of every detail when it comes to reopening for dine in. We have been working diligently in preparation of the return of dine in service. Please trust, we will not do anything without an abundance of caution. We want to bring you the dining experience you and your family know and love from Mi Casa with plenty of peace of mind

Our dining room will reopen with limited capacity Monday, June 1st. We have taken the time to implement new operational standards to keep our guests and team members safe and healthy. Some of the measures we have taken are:

• modification of our dining room and bar area for social distancing and seating limitations,
• adding new operational standards to comply with and exceed state and federal guidelines for safety and sanitation,
• rolling out new technology that will provide a “lower contact” experience for all,
• daily wellness checks for our teams as well as requiring all employees wear gloves and masks.

We are excited to welcome you back. To prepare the safest dining experience for you and our staff, we encourage you to call ahead and get on our waitlist; this will help us create space throughout the day. Additionally, only seated guests will be allowed in the restaurant. You will be greeted out front by a smiling staff member and asked for your name, cell number, and seating request (dining room or Burro Room). From there, we ask you to return to your car or walk around the shopping center as we will text you when your table is ready. Due to social distancing restrictions, you will not be allowed into the restaurant until your table is ready. We are aware that everyone will have a different level of comfort about being in shared spaces. That is okay. We will continue to offer online ordering, with pick-up, curbside pick-up, and contact-free delivery options.

We are constantly considering how to best support our guests and our staff as we reopen. Things will keep changing, and so may our standards and precautions. One thing that will not change is how much we look forward to serving you soon, in whatever capacity is allowed.

Thank you for your support and understanding.
